Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth listo para PC

Si eres de los que esperaba este shooter basado en la obra de HP Lovecraft esto es una buena noticia, pero sólo a medias. Bethesda Softworks ha anunciado que la versión PC del juego llegará a las tiendas americanas el próximo 27 de marzo. ¿Y el lanzamiento europeo? Ni la más remota idea... Fuente: Gamershell. Actualización: Ubisoft nos confirma que su lanzamiento en España será el 23 de marzo y nos envía tres nuevas fotos.

Call of Cthulhu®: Dark Corners of the Earth™ es un videojuego de terror en primera persona basada en Call of Cthulhu® un juego de rol tradicional de papel y lápiz inspirado en las novelas de H.P. Lovecraft’s. Desarrollado por Headfirst Productions Call of Cthulhu®: Dark Corners of the Earth™ y estará disponible en PC el 23 de marzo de 2006.

Investigador privado Jack Walters, va al pueblo de Innsmouth para investigar el caso de un desaparecido. Pronto descubre que hay varias personas desaparecidas y que el pueblo esta ocultando horribles secretos. La búsqueda hará que se enfrente a terribles situaciones y temerosos adversarios. No sólo tendrás que mantener a Jack Walters a salvo, también tendrá que evitar que el investigador se vuelve loco si quiere descubrir los misterios de los Great Old Ones.

• Lucha contra enemigos aprovechando del entorno, artilugios poderosos y malvados, tecnología extraterrestre y armas actuales.
